Bahama and the Northern Bahamas was a double blow.
Yet despite the tragedy and unprecedented challenges caused by Dorian and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we in Grand Bahama have been given the gift of opportunity – opportunity to strategically rebuild our island and restructure the way we address disasters and emergency situations...
